What Etsy charges in 2026

Listing fee: $0.20 per listing, renewed every four months or when it sells.
Transaction fee: 6.5% of the item price plus the shipping and gift wrap you charge.
Payment processing (US): 3% plus $0.25 per order. UK: 4% plus £0.20.
Offsite Ads: 15% of the order (12% if you sold $10,000+ in the last year), capped at $100, only on sales Etsy attributes to its ads. Optional under $10,000.
Regulatory operating fee: charged in the UK and some other countries; not in the US.
Etsy Ads: pay per click from a daily budget, so the calculator takes your average spend per sale.

A $30 item with $5 shipping in the US pays about $3.78 in fees, just under 11% of the $35 the buyer pays, before your own costs.
